On the palate, its dense body (5/5) supports an intense profile with notes of dark chocolate, pure cocoa, and the characteristic sweetness of panela.

The secret lies in its roast (inspired by the Vienna Roast style): we carefully extend the development time in the roaster, always staying below the second crack. This allows us to achieve all the intensity and noble bitterness of the bean, without burning it or losing its essential oils, resulting in a thick and persistent crema.
